Deploy Capital Into Vetted Bridge Deals
We source, diligence, and structure short-to-mid horizon bridge financing across logistics, infrastructure, and growth-stage ventures — so your capital moves with clarity, not guesswork.
What You Get
Melton Bridge charges a service fee of 20% of what the investor earns on a deal — never a fee if there is no return.
- Every project passes independent diligence before it reaches you.
- Clear milestone-based structuring, not open-ended risk.
- Direct reporting through close — no black box.
- Ticket sizes up to Rp 5 billion, matched to your mandate.
- Fundamental business diligence, not asset-collateral lending — we study the business, not just what can be seized.
- Access to our private Investor Community group.
How the Profit Split Works
Say an investor deploys Rp 1 billion into a project, and the project returns a profit of Rp 200 million once its milestone closes. Melton Bridge's service fee is 20% of that profit — Rp 40 million. The investor gets back the original Rp 1 billion, plus the remaining net profit of Rp 160 million.
These figures are purely illustrative of the fee mechanics — not a projection or guarantee of any specific return. Actual results depend entirely on the individual deal.
